This custom dmCron object (based on the FarCry core's updateXMLFeed), updateMultipleXMLFeeds, takes a list of objectids.
I have been using this recently to have one scheduled task to update all RSS feeds at once.
Installation
(Just in case you don't know this file should be placed in you <your_farcry_site>\system\dmCron directory.)
