Overview
The default webtop config needs to be tailored to the specific needs of bloggers, removing any fluff that might get in the way.
Webtop Layout
Standard "Overview" will be removed completely. The Blogging tab will take precedence. Config may need to be placed in the Skeleton/Project to allow for users embedding the blogging solution in established FarCry applications.
