FarCry allows you to set up a category tree, with whatever keywords your organisation deems appropriate.  These categories can then be made available to contributors to classify all the different content types in the FarCry system. Right-clicking on a category will bring up its option menu.

Set up keywords

Set up some keywords for categorisation.

1. Select the Content tab
2. Switch to the Content Utilities sub-section
3. Select Manage Keywords
4. Review the current keyword hierarchy
5. If anything needs to be changed, right-click on the relevant category to move, delete or insert a new category.

   Tip You might like to try your luck with the Category Tree Quick Builder utility. This enables contributors to add a lot of category items all at once. Very useful if you are just starting out!
